Shelly Beach

Things to do, Nature, Beaches, Free Stuff

Professional Central Coast Council lifeguards patrol Shelly Beach from Monday until Friday. During weekends and on public holidays these locations are patrolled by Surf Life Saving volunteers.
Beach patrol services commence operation on 29 September 2018 and conclude 29 April 2019 between 9am and 5pm. During the summer period, 3 December 2018 – 1 February 2019, the beach will be patrolled between 9am and 6pm.

There is a dog off-leash area from the northern beach access walkway off Shelly Beach Road (adjacent to the golf course) to the beach access stairs opposite Swadling.

People with a disability will now find it easier to access Shelly Beach with a Sand Cruiser wheelchair available for bookings. Contact Shelly Beach Surf Club for bookings 02 4332 1623.
