Woy Woy

Located at the southern end of the Central Coast, Woy Woy is a popular commuter hub and waterside village on The Peninsula. Set between the expansive Brisbane Water National Park on one side, with Pelican Island nature reserve and Brisbane Water on the other, its location is ideal for fishing, marine sports, wildlife watching, seafood dining and waterfront living. Somersby Falls

You’ve worked up an appetite by now, so drive to the Somersby Falls picnic area. Enjoy your lunch amidst lush rainforest. Watch out for bush turkeys – they’ll want to share your food.

Somersby Falls

Fancy stretching your legs? Try the Somersby Falls walking track. It’s a 500m return through rainforest with incredible views of the waterfalls. Gentle warning: steep and slippery in places.

Mt Penang Gardens

Bird watching is such a relaxing experience. You can do that and more in this special public garden, opened in 2003. A perfect photo opportunity, you can also book a tour or enjoy a picnic.

Fish Dining

Next stop is a modern sustainable restaurant, right on the Gosford waterfront. Their iconic menu uses the best Australian seafood, with flavours based on the region’s sub tropical climate.

Pinnochio’s Pizza & Wine Bar

If you’re serious about wine, you’ll appreciate this venue’s passion for it. Their range showcases both varietal and regional selections from Italy, France, Australia and New Zealand.

Glenworth Valley

Gear up for an adrenalin hit. Your qualified abseil guide will lead you on an adventure to remember. Descend dramatic rock formations and see the Central Coast from a different perspective.

Popran National Park

Stop for lunch at the beautiful Ironbark Picnic Area. Rich with Aboriginal heritage, this is also the gateway to many of the walking tracks in the region.

Stretch your legs and go on an adventurous bushwalk. Branching off Mount Olive trail, Hominy Creek walking track is a picturesque detour. Along the track, you'll see the stunning Emerald Pool.

Mangrove Mountain Golf Club

Hungry? Dinner is served at The Club on Hallards Road, Central Mangrove. Some of the finest views over the golf course and surrounding countryside. There’s a restaurant, BBQ, bars, and more.

Head back to your oasis and chill. Nestled in the hinterland, it overlooks Yengo National Park. Play some tennis before bed or order Veuve, truffles and take a spa under the stars.
