Book a BBQ boat and enjoy lunch on beautiful Brisbane Waters. You can even go fishing in a tinnie, hire a kayak and more. No boat licence is required as the waterway is safe.

Fancy stretching your legs? Try the Somersby Falls walking track. It’s a 500m return through rainforest with incredible views of the waterfalls. Gentle warning: steep and slippery in places.

Next stop is a modern sustainable restaurant, right on the Gosford waterfront. Their iconic menu uses the best Australian seafood, with flavours based on the region’s sub tropical climate.
