Learn the techniques of the trade and the secrets behind many culinary favourites at Central Coast Cooking School – Kitchen & Events, hosted by award-winning Cameron Cansdell of Bombini at Avoca Beach and Saddles at Mount White.

Our hands-on classes engage students to cook, learn and eat what they prepare. Offering culinary experiences for all occasions, classes will be held across venues on the NSW Central Coast.  There will be a mix of cooking classes with a varying theme, and masterclass demonstrations with special guest chefs throughout the year.

Be prepared for an indulgent feast with the team and classmates, after an engaging day that will have all students cook, learn, and devour their prepared courses.
