2012TourismAwardsFinalist_RESIZEDAll of which is just a short walk from the attractions which make Norah Head famous. Probably best known for it’s lighthouse which stands majestically guarding the Central Coast’s eastern coastline. We are only a hop, skip and jump (450m) from the famous Soldiers Beach which is patrolled throughout summer and regularly hosts Pro surfing and body boarding competitions throughout the year.

Cabbage Tree Bay, north of the lighthouse is renowned for it’s gorgeous tidal rock pool and is an ideal place for young children to swim. Scuba diving, beach fishing and snorkelling just to the left of the rock pool makes Cabbage Tree Bay a very popular spot during the summer months. The boat ramp is also very sought after as it gives direct access to the ocean for seagoing vessels.

For those who enjoy bush walking our Park backs onto the Wyrrabalong National Park, covering 597 ha, and offers everything from sand dunes, walking tracks, to red gum forest all of which contains a vast array of flora and fauna. Enjoy the fantastic coastal views from several lookouts along the way.
