Lake Haven Shopping Centre consists of a K-Mart discount department store, Coles Supermarket, Woolworths Supermarket, Best & Less, The Reject Shop and Priceline mini majors and 120 specialty stores across Fashion, Footware, Accessories, Jewellery, Sporting Goods, Music/Video/Games, Books, Newsagent, Giftware, Pharmacy and Cosmetics, Florists, Pets, and Electrical.  Plus a fantastic range of services including:  7 banks and financial institutions, Medicare office, Medical Centre  and a Council Library.  All this on one convenient level.

Included within the retail offer of the Centre is The Corner, a collection of specialist retailers, takeaway food and an auto precinct, including RetraVision, McDonalds, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, Subway, a drive-thru bottle shop, Contours Gym, Bob Jane T-Mart, Ultratune, Car Lovers and a 24 hour convenience/petrol outlet.

The Centre provides approximately 1700 car parking spaces with four entry points providing easy and convenient access. A well located bus interchange and taxi rank provides excellent public transport access.

Parents with Prams Parking
For parents with prams, Lake Haven Shopping Centre offers parking zones close to the Centre entrances. These parking spaces are extra wide to assist you with loading and unloading your child into your vehicle in comfort and safety.

Parents’ Room
Our Parents’ Room is well equipped and provides you with the necessary facilities to change and feed your child, all in air-conditioned comfort and privacy. Our Parents’ Room offers:
• Bottle warming facility
• Nappy change benches
• Private feeding cubicles
• Children’s toilet facility
• Nappy dispenser
• Free nappy in case of emergency

Children's Activities
A children's playground is located outside the mall near the north carpark entrance. Popular kiddies rides are located throughout the Centre.

Public Transport Facilities
The bus interchange is conveniently located outside the main Southern entrance. Bus timetables are available at the Customer Service Desk. Taxis are available at the Centre’s permanent taxi rank situated outside the main Southern entrance.

Assisting the Disabled
Disabled persons parking are clearly marked in our carpark for easy access. The Centre provides a courtesy wheelchair service including electric scooters for elderly and disabled shoppers. The service is available by making an appointment at  the Customer Service Desk or phone us toll free on 1800 807 101. Our disabled restrooms have wheelchair and auto door access. Restrooms are also alarmed to Centre Management should you require assistance.

Here to Help You
If you happen to misplace or lose your credit cards whilst in the Centre, our friendly  staff at the Customer Service Desk will assist you with prompt credit card cancellation.
When your car is parked in any one of our three easy access car parks, in the event of a flat battery or flat tyre you will be assisted by a Centre staff member happy to help you on your way.
