Distiller Philip Moore’s life long passion for herbs and spirits is captured in Australia’s highest internationally awarded gin and liqueur.

Distillery Botanica, (formally known as St Fiacre Distillery), is a tranquil oasis set among stately gums and turpentines. Located one kilometre from Terrigal Drive, take a refreshing deep breath at the front gate, relax your mind and slip into a green and fragrant land. Australian Native Liqueurs and Vodka handcrafted in the distillery from Australian native herbs and fruit such as Wild Lime and Lemon Myrtle. Come and see the custom-made distillery where Philip creates his unique range of Australian Native Liqueurs and Vodka.

The Fragrant Gardens have been totally replanted with beautiful fragrant plants that are hardy for our changing climate. Herb Garden - Formal style with herbs suitable for the world's driest continent. Bush Food Garden recently planted also.

Directions: Portsmouth Rd is just off Terrigal Drive between Erina Fair and Terrigal Beach.  TIP:  Look for the brown tourist sign 'St Fiacre Distillery' on the left as you head to Terrigal.

Opening Hours: Wednesday to Sunday - 10am to 5pm.
