An atmosphere of relaxtion and tranquility. The Palms at Avoca is located less than 90 minutes drive from Sydney. The Palms offers the very best of beautiful Avoca Beach and the Central Coast.

The bushland setting surrounds you with peaceful bird calls, while the family-friendly pool and playground lets the kids have as much fun as they can take, all while Mum and Dad relax in the sun. You can make the most of the warm days and balmy nights, or even the wonderful sunny winter days, by dining 'al fresco' on your own private sundeck.

The secluded Poolside and Garden Cabanas have a relaxing atmosphere that's fresh and bright. The Cedar Villas are modern and roomy, designed for easy family holiday living.

All cabins include 4 star modern, 2 bedroom accommodation, with a car space and private covered sundeck including outdoor seating for 4-6 persons. We have 6 cabanas and 27 four to six berth villas.

The Cabanas are fully self-contained. They can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons (maximum 4 adults) with the use of a double sofa bed situated in the lounge room. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and most second bedrooms have 2 double bunks. Linen is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a standard size fridge, gas oven, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge has a sofa, TV/DVD, video and reverse cycle air conditioning. There is a second TV, normally located in either the kitchen or second bedroom. All Cabanas are provided with an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. We also provide electric blankets during those cold winter months. The bathroom has a standard bath which is a spa bath, separate shower, vanity, handbasin and toilet.

Our fully self-contained Villas accommodate a maximum of 5-6 persons (maximum 4 adults). The main bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has either one set of bunks and a foldaway bed, or two sets of bunks. All linen is provided in 6 berth villas, however you need to provide your own sheets, towels and pillowcases in 4 berth villas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a standard size fridge, gas oven and microwave. The lounge area has a TV/DVD and reverse cycle air conditioning. The bathroom contains a shower, vanity, handbasin and toilet. All cabins have a parking space.

We have Laundry Facilities on-site with washing machines and dryers for your convenience. The park has a playground area for the kids and a Games Room which consists of a pool table, ping-pong table, game machines and a chocolate machine. BBQ facilities are also available in the playground and pool areas. There are two resort-style pools, one with a Spa. The spa is heated, and is pure heaven during the winter months.

Avoca Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the Central Coast and is located less than a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. There are lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from - Avoca has a wonderful beachside holiday feel with lots of "al fresco" eating areas.

There is much to see and do around Avoca - the Picture Theatre is a must to see. Aquafun is right on the lake at Avoca and has paddle boats, kayaks and boats for the whole family to enjoy. The famous Australian Reptile Park is only 20 minutes away - another great day out for the whole family. If shopping is your thing, then Erina Fair (the biggest single level shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere) is only 10 minutes away. You can shop til you drop whilst the kids take in a movie at Hoyts or spend their time Ice Skating next door. There is much to do and see at Erina Fair.

Directions: Take the Gosford exit from the F3, follow the Central Coast Hwy along past Gosford waterfront, turning right at the roundabout opposite Bluetongue Stadium and again right at the lights opposite Monti's Ashore seafood. Continue to follow the Highway through East Gosford until you reach the right-turn intersection with Avoca Drive. Turn right here (toward Green Point & Kincumber) and follow signs toward Avoca Beach. Turn left to follow Avoca Drive at Kincumber intersection with Empire Bay Drive, then right to stay on Avoca Drive at intersection with Scenic Hwy. Bowling Club is now on your right. Turn right at The Round Drive - third street on the right after the Bowling Club (approximately half km), then follow this until Carolina Park Rd, turn right. Look for the Palms sign on right hand side of the road (approximately 100m), enter park. Reception is on the left hand side, directly after the pool.

Terms & Conditions:

• CREDIT CARDS - only Mastercard and VISA accepted.
• Persons must be 18 years and over to place a booking.
• Check-in time is 2pm - arrivals prior to this time are not guaranteed. Check-ins are not permitted on Christmas Day.
• Check-out time is 10am - if availability permits, late departure of 4:00pm may be arranged on check-in for additional cost of $30.00.
• Some cabins can accommodate up to 8 persons, however a maximum of 4 adults applies.
• Linen is provided for Poolside Cabanas and 6 berth villas, but not in 4 berth villas, so please remember to bring along your Queen and single sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of bookings outside 14 days prior to your arrival are refundable minus a $25.00 to $100.00 administration fee. Cancellation of booking within 14 days of your arrival are refundable only when the site or cabin is re-booked for the same period, also minus a $25.00 administration fee. Refunds are processed within 14 days, back onto the same credit card that was used for the original booking.
