Two styles of accommodation are offered: Villas and Terraces. Both are spaciously designed, fully self-contained and provide a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The units are spread over several acres, ensuring our guests privacy and an abundance of space.

Directions: Travelling north from Sydney or south from Newcastle on the F3 Freeway, take the Gosford / Woy Woy / Terrigal exit (Central Coast Hwy). Follow the Highway east through Gosford and East Gosford, turning right at Avoca Drive shortly before the town of Erina. Follow Avoca Drive through the suburbs of Green Point and Kincumber before veering left at the Avoca Drive / Empire Bay Drive roundabout, staying on Avoca Drive.

Reception Hours: 8am until 8pm (7 days) 24hr arrivals

Refund Policy:

  • Minimum 72 hours notice for single night booking;
  • 2 weeks notice for multiple night/room bookings.
  • All cancellations incur a $22.00 admin fee.
