Featuring 3 Luxury Suites with either King or Queen sized beds all with Ensuites with Spa's, 32" LCD TV's, DVD player & A/Con, Covered terrace overlooking stunning valley / garden views.

The Acreage offers privacy combined with the highest level of hospitality and service. The 5 acre property has a BBQ, Saltwater Swimming Pool, Large comfortable lounge with 52" TV with Foxtel, extensive DVD Library & WiFi. Gardens are filled with the sweet chime of Bell birds and there's plenty of wildlife to be seen as you overlook the wonderful valley views.

Directions: Travel along the Sydney/Newcastle Freeway (F3). Follow Gosford Exit, and drive towards Gosford/Terrigal. Drive over the Brian McGowan Bridge, through East Gosford and over the Punt bridge. At next set of lights turn right into Avoca Drive continue along Avoca Drive for approx 7km. At last roundabout (St Pauls historic church is on the right) turn left into Scenic Highway. Follow signs towards Terrigal (DO NOT turn right at the next roundabout towards Avoca Beach). Continue throught the roundabout down the hill for 50 metres, turn left into Picketts Valley Road. The Acreage B&B is the last house on right hand side. Guest parking is the 1st driveway.
