The 11 acre property adjoins beautiful Shelly Beach which is fully patrolled October to April and offers a wide array of accommodation options, camping, caravanning, budget trailers, self contained villas and within easy walking distance to Shelly Beach Golf Course, The Bay Sports Club, Shopping Centres, Restaurants, fishing, bush walks and picnic areas.

"Do as much or as little as you please", surfing, swimming, rock fishing, charter fishing, golf, bike riding, beach walks, sight seeing, picnics and traditional sausage sizzle.

Accommodation - all tent and caravan sites offer power and water, budget trailers offer cooking facilities and can accommodate up to 6 people, open plan villas offer a full kitchen, shower and toilet and accommodates up to 4 people, 2 bedroom garden villas have a full kitchen, shower and toilet and accommodate up to 5 guests.

Directions: From Sydney or Newcastle travel on the F3 Freeway and take the Wyong/The Entrance exit. Follow Wyong Road east for approximately 12km, then turn right at Central Coast Hwy roundabout toward Gosford. At the next roundabout (opposite Red Rooster & McDonalds), turn left onto Yakalla St and follow this to the following roundabout with Bateau Bay Rd. Turn right onto Bateau Bay Rd and Sun Valley is shortly after on the left.
