Lake Macquarie is one of the largest coastal saltwater lakes in the southern hemisphere.  We are nestled on the southern shores of the lake, and have a range of accommodation options to suit all budgets.  Enjoy the pool or take a short drive to great beaches.  Our boat ramp and jetty provide easy access to the lake, which is ideal for boating and swimming. 

The park has a range of accommodation from caravan/camping sites to luxury waterfront villas with spa baths, covering 8.5 acres of tree-studded waterfront land the park features playground, pool, new camp kitchen, BBQs, boat ramp and jetty.

Directions:

• From Sydney: Take the Newcastle Expressway from Sydney. 
• Exit from the Expressway at the Budgewoi, Swansea, Charlestown exit (second exit after the Caltex Twin Service Station).
• Continue through the Doyalson traffic lights then turn left onto Rutleys Road (sign post to Mannering Park) then right onto Vales Road.
• Take the first right after the Post Office (Monterey Ave).
• BIG4 Lake Macquarie Monterey Tourist Park is at the end of the street.
• From North of Lake Macquarie/Newcastle: Take the F3 Expressway towards Sydney.
• Exit from the Expressway at the Morisset exit and turn left onto Mandalong Rd.
• Go straight ahead through the first roundabout.
• Turn right at the next roundabout onto Wyee Road then turn left onto Rutleys Road (sign post to Mannering Park) then left onto Vales Road.
• Take the first right after the Post Office (Monterey Ave).
• BIG4 Lake Macquarie Monterey Tourist Park is at the end of the street.

Reception Hours: Mon-Sat 8:00am - 5:00pm; Sun 9:00am - 5:00pm (closed Christmas Day)

Terms & Conditions:

• Children are 2 -16 Years, Infant no charge, however are included in maximum occupancy of accommodation.
• Minimum Stays: Christmas / January School Holidays - 7 night Minimum
• October Long Weekend / Easter Holidays - 4 night Mimimum
• June Long Weekend - 3 Night Minimum
• All weekends - 2 night Minimum
• Note: No more than 5 Adults in any accommodation style.

Cancellation Policy: Our Refund / Cancellation Policy - Advance deposits (Not including NON - Refundable Holding Fee) are refundable if notice is received in writing 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If less than 30 days notice is given there will be no refund unless we are able to replace your booking. Where we are able to obtain a partial rebooking, you will receive a pro rata refund (Does not include NON Refundable Holding Fee) . Any refund will be made less an administration fee. No refunds for early departure or inclement weather.
